Fuel Prices for our Customers
|
It is obvious to everyone who owns a car or who fly's a
plane that fuel prices are going up and there isn't much
anybody can seem to do about it.
We at Ahart have been trying to avoid raising rental rates
to cover these expenses, but we are at an impasse and must
do something to cover the higher fuel prices.
The easiest thing for us to do would be to increase the
rental rates of our (and our lease-back owners') planes, but
we want to be as fair as possible to everyone involved.
To that end, we at Ahart have decided to re-institute fuel
surcharges starting on the 15th of May, 2008. The only
difference you will see when renting a plane at Ahart is an
additional charge to reflect the change in fuel prices as
they fluctuate. The benefit of this strategy is that
the fuel surcharge will also decrease as fuel prices go down
giving us much more flexibility than simply increasing the
rental rate of our aircraft.
We value our exceptional customers and hope that this fuel
surcharge strategy will be as fair as possible to everyone.
