International Professional Pilot Program
Student Information
Ahart Aviation Services has been authorized to issue the I20 form for the M-1 Student
Visas. Ahart is also an approved flight training provider by the TSA.
Non-US Citizen students must comply with the following requirements
prior to beginning the flight training program.

Submit the online
Enrollment Application along
with a deposit of $500. Deposits be made by check
(US only), wire transfer, or credit card.

Submit either a
photocopy of your birth certificate (registration of birth) or
passport.

Submit official
verification of financial ability to meet educational expenses.
Verification must include sources of funds and amounts in U.S.
dollars certified by bank official, date and name and address of
bank.

Pass an FAA medical
exam. In order to ensure your ability to obtain a Student
Medical License and 1st class medical it is best to
complete this step prior to enrollment. A list of FAA medical
examiners in your country may be found at:
http://ame.cami.jccbi.gov.
However if you are unable to locate an examiner in your country
you we will make an appointment for you with a local examiner
upon your arrival.

You must be able to
read, speak and understand English. If you have any concerns
regarding your English ability, please phone our school. We will
be happy to assist in determining your English ability.

A minimum level of
education is required for issuance of an M-1 visa. If you do not
have at least the equivalent of 12 years of basic education, you
should phone our school for an informal interview, so we can
help you determine your ability to benefit from flight training.

You must be cleared
for flight training in the U.S. by the Transportation Security
Administration under the Department of Homeland Security.

Wollard Aviation, Inc. dba Ahart Aviation Services as your
course provider. Student ID is PENDING. The course code will be
either, PVTPILOT, INSTRTG or COMMEL. All other fields are self
explanatory but do not hesitate to contact us with any
questions.
Acceptance into
the Program
Once your Application for Enrollment has been accepted, a
confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will confirm your
course enrollment, start date, and special housing arrangements if
requested. If you are applying for a visa, we will mail your form
I-20 for the M-1 Student visa once the TSA application has been
completed. You will need to take your passport and visa form to your
nearest American Embassy or U.S. Consulate Office for issuance of
your visa.
