Using the Weekly view to plan your week

The SchedulePoint application lets you reserve
instructors or planes. It also shows you any specially
scheduled events being held at Ahart Aviation Services.

To schedule an instructor or aircraft, press the
Weekly View link at the bottom of the Schedule Point window.

Once the Weekly View is shown, select the
instructor you want to schedule. You can also select an
aircraft by tail number if you like.
- Now you can select the day you want to schedule
the instructor for.
- From the scheduling screen, select the start and
end times, the aircraft you wish to fly in, and enter any
comments.

You can also select a specific date by either
entering the date in the Start/End date fields or clicking the
small calendar icon next to the start date.
- When you're done, click the Schedule button at the
bottom of the page to save your reservation.
