Scheduling policies at Ahart Aviation Services

The Schedule-Point system that we use here at Ahart has some rules associated with it to help make your scheduling efforts easier and safer.

  1. Simply stated, you will need a User-ID and Password before you can schedule aircraft or instructors.  You can contact Ahart to get these credentials.  Usually, you will have to provide Ahart with some forms of identification before you will be given a User-ID for Schedule Pointe.
  2. If you are not 'checked out' for a certain type of aircraft (i.e., 152, 172, Warrior, etc.), you will not be able to schedule time in such an aircraft without an instructor. 
    • For details on the minimum amount of dual time you may need with an instructor before you can schedule an aircraft solo, contact Ahart.
  3. It is good practice to only schedule time with an aircraft and/or instructor for the time that you will actually needing them.  For example, it is not appropriate to schedule an aircraft for an 8-hour period (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM for example) and pick up the aircraft at 4:00 PM.
