Hotmail and Ahart
With so
many methods of communications these days, it is surprising just how
dependent we have become on the communication medium of email.
Unfortunately, Microsoft corporation does not believe in effective
use of email, and their hotmail product is causing us problems here
at Ahart. When someone with a hotmail account sends us email,
and we try to respond, many times these responses are sent back to
us undeliverable by Hotmail. The reason on the returned email
is that our internet service provider, Verio, has somehow been black
listed by hotmail as a spam producer. So, almost everything we
send out from Ahart is tagged as spam by Hotmail and returned to us
undeliverable. What makes it even worse is that these returns
sometimes take as long as a week to get back to us, so we aren't
even aware of the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
Microsoft will not even discuss this problem even though it is
affecting Ahart's business relationship with its customers.
I am
very sorry for this inconvenience, and we will try and make sure any
email-based correspondence you send us gets answered as effectively
as possible.
